Mulufird Ashagrie Zewdu is a seasoned entrepreneur and business consultant with over 25 years of extensive experience in food security, livelihood development, value chain development, and agribusiness in Ethiopia. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship for Impact from Universita Cattolica, ALTIS Graduate School of Business & Society, Italy, and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.
Mulufird has a proven track record of success in various leadership roles, including as the Owner and General Manager of Merena Market Promotion PLC, where he coordinates investment feasibility studies, undertakes market research, and manages overall company activities. He has also served as a Lead Consultant for market analysis projects in Uganda and as a Consultant for the Ethiopian Ministry of Industry through FAO’s support on value chain and agribusiness development.
Throughout his career, Mulufird has been actively involved in professional associations, including serving as a founding member of the Ethiopian Apiculture Board and ApiTrade Africa. He has also contributed significantly to international organizations such as APIMONDIA, where he served as President of the commission for Africa.

Molla Jember Kebede brings over twenty-five years of expertise in agricultural value chains, agribusiness, and cooperative management. With a Ph.D. candidacy in Rural Development, an M.A. in Regional and Local Development Studies, and a B.A. in Economics from Addis Ababa University, Molla’s academic foundation underscores his deep understanding of development dynamics within rural communities.
Throughout his career, Molla has spearheaded consultancy projects aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity and market access for smallholder farmers and SMEs. He has led assessments, strategic planning, and capacity-building initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.

Throughout his career, Desalegn has held key positions in various organizations, demonstrating expertise in financial management and auditing. He has served as Senior Audit Manager at Kokeb & Melkamu Audit Partnership & Other Audit Firms, overseeing audit operations across different sectors.
Prior to his current role, Desalegn servedas Assistant Audit Manager at Fekadeab Goshme and Co. Chartered Certified Accountants and Authorized Auditors, playing a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
